I found this website that lets you download/create FREE ringtones. It's simple and easy, and from what I can tell, pretty legitimate. I've already made about 5 songs from the music on my computer : )Have fun and go crazy!

P.S. -- For better sound quality, lower the volume when you're creating your own ringtones.
